Arms: Gules between two roses Argent barbed and seeded proper on a bend Or an Atlantic salmon Azure holding in its mouth a signet ring also Azure between two fiddleheads (Matteuccia struthiopteris) proper.
Crest: Out of a coronet comprising four maple leaves (three manifest) set upon a rim Or a demi lion Azure armed and langued Gules gorged with a collar Or pendent therefrom a pellet thereon a Maltese cross Argent and holding in its forepaws a representation of the regimental colour of the King's American Regiment circa 1777 proper.
