Arms: Azure a sea-griffin segreant Or the dexter talon holding aloft a torch Argent enflamed proper the sinister clutching to the breast a cross couped Gules.
Crest: Upon a helmet mantled Azure doubled Or within a wreath of these colours and issuant from a naval crown Azure sails Argent each charged with a maple leaf Gules a cormorant (called Liver) wings elevated Or in the beak a branch of seaweed (called Laver) proper and a maple leaf Gules.
Motto: WITH OARS AND SAILS
