Crest: Above a helmet mantled Azure doubled Argent on a wreath Argent and Azure a beaver couchant Or charged with a roundel of the arms of office of the Deputy Herald Chancellor of the Canadian Heraldic Authority fimbriated Gules.
Motto: FAIS CE QIE DOIS
Supporters: On a representation of the rock of the City of Quebec proper, dexter a stag per fess Argent and Azure attired and unguled Or gorged with a mural coronet Azure bearing six mullets Argent three visible and charged at the shoulder with a maple leaf Gules, sinister a stag per fess Azure and Argent attired and unguled Or gorged with a mural coronet Argent charged with two representations of the insignia of a Lieutenant-General of the Canadian Armed Forces one visible Azure and charged at the shoulder with a fleur-de-lis Argent.
