| Privacy and Confidentiality The guest understands that the information collected in this online guestbook form is of sole purpose for the inclusion and presentation online in the RHSC guestbook. The comments entered will not be edited or changed by the RHSC and will be included in the guestbook as is, provided it successfully passes filter processes which will reject entries of inappropriate content.
Email addresses will be "decomposed" into variables, and only recomposed temporarily and virtually when the email address is clicked by a viewer when wishing to contact the guestbook signee. This prevents spam email harvesters from harvesting the guestbook signee's email address, although, no manner of anti-spam mechanisms are perfect.
A guestbook entry shall not be used for the purpose of promoting products and/or services of any kind. Once the entry becomes available online, the RHSC cannot provide any guarantees on the safe and/or consented usage of the information displayed on the public Internet in the RHSC website and therefore is released from all accountability in that regard. By virtue of the submission of a guestbook entry, it will be assumed by the RHSC that the submitter is in agreement with the above policy.
